Revenue & Reporting Manager
About the Job
Who We Are:
Streamside Parks is a premier property management company specializing in the operation and enhancement of RV Park Resorts & Campgrounds across the Southeast and beyond. Streamside oversees a growing portfolio of 37+ parks, delivering consistent, high-quality guest experiences while driving strong financial performance. With a focus on operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement, Streamside Parks is building scalable systems to support long-term growth.
Who We Are Looking For:
Streamside is seeking a highly analytical and operator-minded Revenue & Reporting Manager to lead pricing strategy, performance reporting, and revenue optimization across the Streamside portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, with a dotted-line relationship to the Chief Growth Officer, this role is responsible for translating data into actionable insights that improve RevPAS, occupancy, and NOI.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in outdoor hospitality, revenue management, dynamic pricing tools, and advanced reporting, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Park Operations, Finance, Marketing and Leadership to drive measurable results. This role will also help Streamside evolve its use of revenue tools as the organization scales.
What You’ll be Doing:
- Revenue Strategy & Pricing
Own portfolio-wide pricing strategy across nightly, weekly, monthly, and seasonal rates. Configure and optimize dynamic pricing tools (Campspot, KOA K2, Airbnb), using comp data and performance insights to drive balanced occupancy, ADR, and RevPAS. Partner closely with Operations, Park Management, and Marketing to align pricing, promotions, and demand, leveraging various tools to improve forecasting and decision-making. - Reporting & Analytics
Own weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting across core metrics (occupancy, ADR, RevPAS, revenue mix, and key NOI drivers). Build and maintain clear, dashboard-style reporting for leadership, DMs, and park teams using Campspot Analytics (Explorer license) and other tools. Ensure consistent metric definitions and data integrity, and translate insights into concise, actionable recommendations. - Financial Partnership & Forecasting
Partner with Finance to incorporate pace and booking trends into cash forecasting and planning. Support budgeting by identifying revenue risks and opportunities tied to pricing, seasonality, and demand, and quantify the financial impact of pricing, promotions, and operational decisions. - Incremental Revenue Optimization
Analyze and optimize non-rate revenue levers—including booking and convenience fees, credit card fee modeling, utility sub-metering, and store/café and ancillary sales—while balancing financial return with guest experience and operational feasibility. - Systems, Tools & Innovation
Serve as a revenue and reporting SME for Campspot, KOA K2, and Airbnb. Partner with Operations, Finance, and Growth on data automation and system enhancements, and support the development of smart tools and Streamside’s proprietary revenue and reporting capabilities.
Desired Outcomes:
- Improved RevPAS, occupancy, and incremental NOI across the portfolio
- Clear, trusted visibility into weekly and monthly park performance
- Consistent, data-driven pricing discipline across all parks
- Scalable reporting that reduces manual effort and improves decision speed
- Strong alignment between pricing strategy, park operations, and growth initiatives
- Early development of internal revenue management workflows
Competencies:
- Revenue & Pricing Acumen: Strong understanding of dynamic pricing, demand forecasting, and revenue optimization.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze park-level and portfolio metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Systems Expertise: Comfort working across multiple PMS and analytics platforms.
- Strategic Thinking: Capacity to balance near-term execution with long-term scalability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
- Communication Skills: Clear, concise communicator capable of translating data into decisions.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify revenue challenges and develop practical, data-driven solutions.
- Adaptability: Comfortable operating in a fast-growing, evolving outdoor hospitality environment.
What Will Make You Stand Out:
- 4–7+ years of experience in revenue management, analytics, pricing, or performance reporting, with a strong preference for outdoor hospitality experience; adjacent hospitality sectors considered where applicable.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience working with large datasets and dashboard-style reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Campspot, KOA K2, Airbnb, or comparable hospitality platforms strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in developing or adapting smart tools (including AI aspects) for revenue management and reporting.
