Rules & Regulations

Minimum Stay
Minimum stays for campsites and tents are 2 nights over Fourth of July, Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Payment Policies
For short term stays, payments are due in full at time of booking.
For long term RV Campsite stays, a deposit of $150 is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay.
Cancellation Policy
Campsites & Tents:
Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund, less a $25 service charge.
Cancellations made between 8-14 days to arrival will receive a full refund minus 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 7 days of scheduled arrival will forfeit full reservation.
Long-term stays (30 days or greater)
Cancellations may be made for a full refund of your deposit up to 45 days prior to your arrival, less a $25 service charge. Cancellations made after this date and prior to arrival will be forfeit full deposit amount paid.
All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to secure the reservation.
Lock Site Fee
Specific site numbers are not guaranteed unless a Site Lock fee has been paid. Site numbers may change prior to arrival, however the site type that was booked will be guaranteed.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for early departures, mother nature, or removal due to violations.
Site Occupancy
4 people are included in your reservation. All guests and visitors must be registered at the office. Maximum of 8 people allowed per reservation. Children 14 and under must be supervised by an adult 18 years of age or over at all times.
Visitors
Visitors can be accommodated for an additional fee. Site maximums still apply. Visitors must leave the property by quiet hours. All visitors must register at the office upon arrival.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are everyday from 10pm to 8am. During this time, children under 18 must be at their campsite unless accompanied by an adult. Avoid loud talking, music, TVs, or any noise that may disturb other guests is not permitted.
Courtesy of your Neighbor
Please respect others’ privacy and space—avoid walking through other guests’ sites. Honor local culture, wildlife, and resources, and follow local bylaws. We are committed to an inclusive, family-friendly environment. Harassment, offensive language, excessive use of alcohol, illegal drugs, or intolerance of any kind will not be tolerated. Flags, signs, or symbols that display vulgarity or political content are not allowed. Non-compliance may result in immediate ejection without refund.
Not Permitted Items
The following are prohibited within the campground: fireworks, generators, openly carried firearms, drones, 4-wheelers, or ATVs, including side-by-sides.
Smoking
There is no smoking, including vaping, allowed in any park building, or amenities. Smoking is allowed on your own site as long as it is done so in a way that does not impact the experience of other guests. Cigarettes must be disposed of properly.
Alcohol
Alcohol is permitted by legal drinking age adults as long as it is done so in a way that will not directly or indirectly impact the experience of other guests. Alcohol should be in an unmarked container or in a koozie. Alcohol must be consumed in a responsible manner, and may be restricted in certain areas of the park.
Trash Pickup
All garbage should be put in designated garbage bins. The dumpsters’ locations may be found on your campground map. Do not leave trash out overnight. No hazardous waste or large items (furniture, mattresses, etc) may be disposed of on site. Violations of this will result in a minimum of a $250 fine.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome at campsites. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review our pet policies.
Each site allows a maximum of two pets, and visitors are not permitted to bring pets. Pets must be supervised and kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet at all times and cannot be left unattended outside.
There are additional fees for pet-friendly accommodations.
Guests must ensure their pets do not disturb other campers—excessive barking, howling, aggressive, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pets, with waste bags required to be properly disposed of in designated trash bins. Any pet-related damages to campsites, or campground property will be charged to the credit card on file following a management inspection.
If a guest is unable or unwilling to control their pet or comply with management’s request to remove the pet, management reserves the right to terminate the guest’s reservation and eject them from the campground without a refund.
All pets must be up to date on vaccinations, and proof of vaccination must be available upon request. Please note that, with the exception of service animals, pets are not permitted in restrooms, laundry, playgrounds, or swimming areas.
Guest assumes full responsibility for their pet(s) and agrees to release the campground, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from pet-related injuries, damages, or accidents during their stay.
Campfires
All fires must be in Park approved fire pits, portable fire pits, or barbecue devices. Fire must be controlled in a safe manner and must be attended at all times. Please do not burn or leave trash in fire pits, and do not move pits without permission from the staff.
Firewood
Please bring only local firewood into the campground. Do not bring firewood from other states to help prevent the spread of invasive species.
Bicycles
Riders are encouraged to wear helmets and must obey all traffic signs. No bike riding after sunset unless equipped with front and rear lights.
Golf Carts
All guests must comply with the following rules regarding the use of golf carts on the property.
Each guest must register their personal golf cart with the office upon check-in. Must present valid driver’s license and proof of liability insurance.
Each guest owning a golf cart is solely responsible for ensuring that all operators of the golf cart are a minimum of 16 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
Golf carts must have headlights on while in use after sunset. Carts without headlights may not be used after sunset.
Golf carts must be driven responsibly at all times. Horseplay, racing, or any misuse of carts is prohibited. Use is limited to blacktop or gravel roads only; driving through RV sites or restricted areas is not permitted.
Operating a golf cart while consuming or under the influence of alcohol, marijuana, or illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.
Do not exceed the seating capacity of the golf cart. All occupants must be seated while the cart is in motion.
Engage the brake and remove the key when the cart is not in use.
Drivers must adhere to all speed limits and posted signs.
Vehicles
Maximum of one camping unit per site and two vehicles per site. Any additional vehicles are subject to fees and must be parked in designated areas indicated by park management.
The park speed limit is 5 mph. Failure to obey speed limits may result in removal from the property without refund.
Vehicles are not allowed to be washed on property. Oil changes are also prohibited.
Electric Vehicle (EV)
EV charging is not allowed from any of our electrical pedestals. Plugging an EV into a pedestal could permanently damage the vehicle and the whole campground’s electrical system. The EV owner will be liable for any damage done to the system.
Boats and Trailers
Boats and Trailers are allowed at campsites as long as they fit fully within your campsite (and not on the grass) and do not encroach on roads or neighboring sites. If your boat or trailer cannot fully fit within your site, please use the designated overflow or storage areas.
Waste Water
The discharge of any drain water (grey or septic) is strictly prohibited. Waste water from RVs (including sink water) must be disposed of into sewer drains.
Sewer Hookups
Sewer connections are required by state law and must have a tight seal by a sewer donut (or sewer ring) or a screw-type connector.
Protect Our Grounds
To keep our grass healthy and our campground looking its best, tents, carpets, rugs, and mats are not allowed on the grass.
Lake
Campers are welcome to fish in the lake, but please note a fishing license is required.
Site Maintenance & Tidiness
Long-term guests are required to have management’s written approval prior to any landscaping that requires digging. Potted plants and planters are encouraged. Trees may not be removed by guests. Requests for tree removal should be directed to management.
Sites and decks must be kept tidy and cannot be used for storage. Tarps, carports, washers, dryers, permanently mounted antennas, pools, and similar items are prohibited. Each site is limited to one RV; boats, cargo trailers, and similar equipment require prior approval. Guests are responsible for maintaining a clean area free of debris, including construction materials and excessive décor. Sites in violation of this policy will need immediate cleanup and may face fines or removal from the park.
Units that remain year-round must be washed at least once per year. Guests are given 15 days to clean it up from the date of notification. If units are not kept clean, the park reserves the right to clean the unit and charge the guest an appropriate fee for doing so.
Site Modifications
Short-term guests are prohibited from any construction or site modifications. Long-term guests must complete a Site Modification Form (available at the office) and obtain management approval before starting any construction or modifications, including outdoor kitchens, sheds, flagpoles, concrete work, room additions, carports, screened rooms, and patios. If using a contractor for any work, proof of insurance is required before construction begins. All work must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, rules and regulations, including permitting and setbacks, with any applicable permit fees being the owner’s responsibility.
Storms & Emergencies
If severe weather occurs, please seek shelter immediately in a safe location — the bathhouse located in the 100’s section. In an emergency, call 911.
