Indian Waters RV Resort and Cottages reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and ask them to leave the resort if necessary. No refunds will be issued if we feel that there have been disturbances to the community.

Only funds drawn on a U.S. bank are accepted.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy
ALL RESERVATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A $25-50 CANCELLATION FEE AFTER THEY ARE CONFIRMED.
Daily guests: Deposit of one night’s stay is required at the time of reservation. A 14-day notice in writing prior to arrival is required for a refund less the $25 cancellation fee.
Festival Weekends (Head Trip / Coachella / Stagecoach) guests : Deposit of one night’s stay is required at the time of reservation. A 21-day notice in writing prior to arrival is required for a refund less the $25 cancellation fee. Emails will go out explaining cancellation and payments about 30 days prior to festival check-in.
Extended Stay guests: Deposit of $500 for stays of one month or longer is required at the time of reservation. A 30-day notice in writing prior to arrival is required for a refund less the $50 cancellation fee. (Unless otherwise specified in a previous reservation agreement)

There are no discounts on Extended Stays. (31 days or more)

RV Site Reservation Policies
1. Monthly Rates are based on each calendar month
2. ID must be presented upon check-in, including any identification required for discounts
3. Nightly rates include full hook-up site, fees, electric, tax and use of all resort amenities
4. Extended Stay rates include water, sewer, Wifi and use of all resort amenities. Electric will be billed monthly at a rate of $0.20/Kwh

Cottage Reservation Policies
1. 3-night minimum for festival weekends
2. Security/Cleaning deposits are also collected at the time of reservation. These deposits are partially-refundable after check-out inspection if no damage or missing items are found.
3. Extended Stay rates include water, sewer, cable tv, Wifi and use of all resort amenities. Electric will be billed monthly at a rate of $0.20/Kwh.

Coachella/Stagecoach Weekend Reservation Policies
1. 3-night minimum stay per reservation
2. TENT ONLY sites for Coachella must call 760-342-8100 for reservations.
3. See deposit / cancellation policy above.
4. NO DISCOUNTS WILL BE OFFERED FOR FESTIVAL WEEKENDS including Head Trip, Coachella and Stagecoach. The reservation system may allow a discount to be applied to your reservation. However, when your reservation is processed upon receipt the discount will be removed and a new confirmation sent to you reflecting the current pricing.
