Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Park Manager to oversee the daily operations of our resort during the 2025 season. As Park Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring then efficient running of all aspects of the resort, from guest services to facility maintenance.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Managing daily operations of the RV park, Bed & Breakfast, and other resort amenities
Overseeing and coordinating staff, including office staff, maintenance personnel, and housekeeping
Ensuring exceptional guest experiences, from check-in to check-out
Managing guest reservations and handling any special requests or issues
Assisting with marketing, promotions, and customer engagement
Coordinating maintenance, housekeeping, and groundskeeping schedules
Managing inventory and supplies for the resort
Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and company policies
Handling financial tasks, including cash handling and invoicing
Writing schedules for employees

Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality management, park management, or related field
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
Knowledge of resort or park operations, including guest services, reservations, and maintenance management
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
Availability from late April or mid-April through early October
