Rules & Regulations
Class A Motorcoaches ONLY
Vehicles: One vehicle per site maximum (not including your RV). Arrangements must be made with the office for extra vehicle parking. Guests must also make parking arrangements with the office. Off-road vehicles, mini-bikes, go-carts, dirt bikes, four wheelers and other motorized vehicles are prohibited.
Trailers: No trailer parking of any kind is permitted in the Resort sites. Inquire at the office for assistance with your trailer. We do have a storage area available.
Speed Limit: 5 mph, including bicycles, golf carts, scooters and skateboards. Please watch for children. All motor vehicles must be operated by licensed drivers only.
Awnings: DO NOT leave your awnings out when you leave your site! We can experience sudden high winds.
Check out: By 11:00 a.m. If you wish to extend your stay, please check at the office before 10:00 a.m. as an incoming guest may have reserved your site.
Quiet Hours: From 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please keep noise and music for “your ears only.” Keep in mind that voices carry at night, especially in groups.
Visitors: Must register before entering the Resort and obtain a parking pass for their vehicles. We charge $5.25 per day for a guest, which allows them to use the pool, spa, bathrooms and showers. Any vehicles on site without a pass will be towed at owner’s expense. Visiting hours are over at 10:00 p.m.
Pets: Pets are welcome as long as you follow the rules and be courteous of your neighbors. No more than two pets are allowed. Failure to observe the pet policy will result in eviction without refund. Dog fences or temporary enclosures are NOT allowed. Pets must be kept on a maximum 6-foot leash and be under control at all times. For your pet’s enjoyment we have a fenced in dog run where they can be off their leash. Pets are not to be tied to any trees. Please clean up after your pet. Pets are not to be left unattended at your site or in the dog run. Anyone leaving them unattended will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund. Pets are not allowed in the playground, pool area or the main building. Pets are to leave the Resort whenever the owner leaves. Aggressive barking or aggressive behavior will NOT be tolerated. American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Doberman Pincher, Mastiff and Rottweiler breeds or mixes of any of these are not allowed.
Garbage: We will pick up bagged household garbage two times per day, 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. Place the bagged garbage along the curb and we will take care of it for you. If you miss a scheduled pick-up time, please use the garbage disposal area in the Resort or the garbage disposal areas in the KOA. Garbage containers are furnished for bagged household garbage only. No large items, boxes, wooden or metal objects of any kind are allowed in garbage containers. Please refer to the site map for locations.
Recycle Center: The recycle center is located on the west side of the campground next to the garbage disposal. Refer to the site map for location. We recycle plastic #1 and #2, aluminum cans, copy paper, newspapers, magazines, and cardboard. Please remove the caps from your plastic bottles and breakdown your cardboard. We cannot recycle glass at this time.
Propane: A propane service truck delivers to the Resort every Thursday around 9 a.m. to fill motorcoach tanks. Please call 406-676-3757 or inquire at the office if you wish for the truck to fill your propane tank. Times may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances. If you need to fill your tank at another time, please check with the office. We fill propane tanks 7 days a week during office hours.
Campfires: NO wood burning campfires in the Resort.
Sites & Parking: Please do not park any vehicle, or part of a vehicle (including your RV) on or over the grass, on the streets (except in a designated parking space) or in an empty RV space. RV pads need to be kept clean of clutter. Please respect others by not walking through their sites. Sewer connections must be tight and odor free at all times.
Flags: No political flags allowed.
Generators: Not allowed at any time.
Drones: Not allowed in the resort.
Clotheslines: Not allowed, dryers are available in our laundry room 24 hours.
No Mats or Carpets: Please refrain from using these items on any grass.
On-Site Vehicle Washing: There is a washing service (with charge) that will come to your site and wash your vehicles and/or RV.
Sprinklers: Sprinklers come on daily between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. Items that could be damaged by water should not be left out. Please do not water your lawn. If the grass gets dry, please inform the office.
Lawn Maintenance: The grass is mowed once a week on Thursday. We ask that you have all personal items off the grass so we can mow efficiently.
Resort and KOA Boundaries: Please stay within the boundaries of the resort/campground, designated by fences and trees.
Firearms and Fireworks: Discharge of either is STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the campground.
Children: Let your children have fun, however, we require that you supervise your children and always be responsible for their safety and whereabouts. Please respect others by not walking through their sites.
Restroom/Showers: These facilities are for registered guests or paid visitors ONLY. They are open 24 hours, except for posted cleaning hours. Cleaning hours will vary depending on the season. Please help us keep our restrooms/showers and grounds clean by leaving them as you would like to find them. The code for the resort showers is located on the bottom right of your site map.
Laundry: The laundry room is open 24-hours and is located in the main building and Resort satellite bath house. Laundry products and change are available in the office.
Smoking: Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed in any building, including the cabins. Please dispose of cigarette and cigar butts in a proper receptacle and not on the ground.
Swimming Pool and Hot Tub Rules: No Lifeguard on duty – swim at your own risk. The pool is for registered guest and paid visitors ONLY. The pool opens at 10:00 a.m. and hours are posted on the pool entry gate. They may vary throughout the season.
Children in pool area: Anyone under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult. If your child is caught using the pool without an adult, they will lose their pool privileges for the rest of the day.
Hot Tub: For their safety and everyone’s enjoyment, no one under the age of 18 is permitted in the hot tub. Anyone under 18 caught using the hot tub will lose their pool privileges for the rest of the day. Please abide by posted rules in the pool and spa areas.
Glass: Glass of any kind is not allowed in the pool area.

This Resort is privately owned. The management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents, injuries or losses of any cause. The management reserves the right to evict anyone (without refund) from the premises for detrimental conduct and/or violating above rules.
