Standard
Most of these sites are back-in and feature gravel RV pads with grassy yards. Each includes a commercial picnic table with an umbrella. While there is a row of coaches across the street, you’ll still enjoy beautiful mountain views with peek-a-boo glimpses of the lake.
Standard Buildout
These back-in sites offer a concrete pad and patio, along with a BBQ grill for convenient outdoor cooking. A row of coaches sits across the street, but the setting still provides relaxing mountain views and peek-a-boo lake views.
Standard Premium
Back-in sites with a concrete pad and patio, upgraded with a small outdoor kitchen, BBQ grill, propane firepit, and comfortable patio furniture—perfect for enjoying your outdoor space a little more.
Tier 1
Located along the lower road, these back-in sites feature gravel pads and grassy yards with a commercial picnic table and umbrella. With no coaches in front of you, these sites offer great unobstructed mountain views along with partial lake views.
Premium Tier 1
These lower-level back-in sites include concrete pads and patios, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill, a gas fire pit, and deluxe patio furniture. With no coaches in front, you’ll enjoy open mountain views and peek-a-boo lake views in a quiet, scenic setting.
Platinum Tier 1
Platinum Tier 1 sites elevate the experience with concrete pads and patios, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill, gas fire pit, deluxe patio furniture, and a wooden shade structure with a roof over the kitchen area. These sites offer unobstructed mountain views with peek-a-boo lake views.
Tier 2
Situated on the upper levels, these sites allow for drive-forward or back-in access. They feature concrete RV pads, small grassy yards, and a commercial picnic table with umbrella. With no coach in front of you, you’ll enjoy great lake and mountain views.
Deluxe Tier 2
These upper-level sites offer concrete pads and patios, some grassy space, a gas fire pit, table and chairs, and a pergola shade structure over the outdoor kitchen and BBQ grill. The elevated location provides good mountain views with peek-a-boo lake views.
Premium Tier 2
Among our most popular options, these upper-level sites feature concrete pads and patios, outdoor kitchens with BBQ grills, gas fire pits, and deluxe patio furniture. Their elevated position delivers great views of both the lake and surrounding mountains.
Platinum Tier 2
Our most luxurious sites, Platinum Tier 2 locations include concrete pads and patios, an oversized outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill, gas fire pit, deluxe patio furniture, and a remote-controlled shade structure. Located on the upper level with no coaches in front, these sites offer exceptional lake and mountain views.

This property is exclusively for Class A motorcoaches that are less than 10 years old or in like new condition. Other types of RVs, such as travel trailers, fifth wheels, and campers should check out our sister properties Polson / Flathead Lake KOA Holiday or Moose Creek RV Resort.
From Hwy 93 you will turn onto Irvine Flats Road and drive past the first entrance and continue down the road (following the RED FLAGS), to the second entrance. Pull in and park on the right alongside the curb and give us a call at 406-319-2347. This phone number is for arrivals only. Please disconnect your tow vehicle while you wait for our staff. They will escort you directly to your site. Once you get settled, come up to the office and register.
You will need to arrive during our office hours which vary throughout the season. If you plan to arrive after 5pm, you’ll need to contact the office. All arrivals must have an escort to their site.

Your reservation includes up to 4 people, with a max of 6 per site.
Yes! All visitors need to be registered at the office and pay $10 per person. Visitors must leave by quiet hours.
Yes! Non-registered guests can purchase a day pass for $10. We recommend calling ahead, as availability may be limited, especially during busy times. Day passes include access to park amenities, but please note that some activities or areas may have additional restrictions or fees.
Specific site numbers are not guaranteed unless a Site Lock fee has been paid. In the event a site has been sold, we will try our best to keep you in a similar site type.
Yes. Some sites require a 2-night stay. Be sure to scroll down to "Browse Additional Sites" — you might find more availability by adjusting your search criteria!
- Short Term (1-4 nights):
Deposit fee: One night
Cancellation fee: $50
Must cancel 4 weeks prior to arrival date, otherwise deposit will be forfeited - Mid Term (5-13 nights):
Deposit fee: 50% of estimated cost of stay
Cancellation fee: One night
Must cancel 6 weeks prior to arrival date, otherwise deposit will be forfeited - Long Term (14 nights or more):
Deposit fee: 50% of estimated cost of stay.
Cancellation fee: $300.
Must cancel 30 days prior to arrival date, otherwise deposit will be forfeited
No. Refunds are not given for no shows, early departures, weather, or guests removed due to rule violations.
Pets
Absolutely! We allow two pets per site. We have a fenced in dog run for your benefit, which is the only area in the resort where you can exercise your pet off leash. We do not allow any temporary pet fencing to be set up. American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, Doberman Pincher and Rottweiler, Mastiff or mixes with any of those breeds are not allowed.
This resort is an RV condominium community where the sites are privately owned. Please respect the owner’s properties and do not allow your pets to relieve themselves on any sites other than your own, even if they are not occupied. Please note, pets are NOT allowed in swimming areas, playgrounds, restrooms, or other buildings.
Amenities
Yes, we do offer WiFi! Just keep in mind that signal strength can vary depending on your location, as well as how many guests are in the park.
Yes! Children under 16 must be supervised. There is no lifeguard on duty. No glass in the pool area.
Yes, please register all golf carts with the office. All drivers need to have a valid driver’s license and proof of liability insurance. Drivers must follow all speed limits and posted signs. See complete list of rules here.
Policies
Each site accommodates 2 vehicles including your RV. Extra vehicles must be parked in designated areas and may require a fee.
Yes, vehicle and RV washing is permitted on-site. We ask that you be courteous of your neighbors.
No. EV charging is not allowed at the site. This can also damage the campground’s power system.
Yes, but trailers are not allowed on your site. We offer limited storage areas for trailers and boats. Please let us know prior to your arrival if you plan to bring one.
Yes. We are a family-friendly space. Harassment, excessive drinking, offensive language, or inappropriate flags/signs are not allowed.
No. The use of propane firepits is allowed on some sites.
No. Wood burning is NOT allowed.
No. Fireworks and generators are not permitted.
10 PM to 8 AM daily. Please keep voices, music, and other noise low during this time. Children under 18 must be at their campsite or with an adult.
Yes, for guests of legal age. Please enjoy responsibly, use a koozie or unmarked container, and be mindful of others. Alcohol may be restricted in some areas.
