Your reservation includes up to 6 people, with a max of 3 guests per day.

Yes! All visitors need to be registered at the office and must leave by quiet hours. Max 3 guests per day.

Specific site and cabin numbers are not guaranteed unless a Site Lock fee has been paid. Site and cabin numbers may change prior to arrival, however the site and cabin type that was booked will be guaranteed.

• RV Campsites:
  • Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund, less a $25 service charge.
  • Cancellations made between 8–14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of scheduled arrival will forfeit the full reservation.

    
• Cottages:
  • Cancellations made 22 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund, less a $25 service charge.
  • Cancellations made between 15–21 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of scheduled arrival will forfeit the full reservation.
    
• Long-term stays (30+ days):
  • Cancellations made up to 45 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit, less a $25 service charge.
  • Cancellations made after that and prior to arrival will forfeit the full deposit.
    
• Holiday Reservations:
  • Up to 30 days prior: 1-day cancellation fee
  • 30 days or less: No refund, no rescheduling
  • Holidays include: Easter, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Columbus Day weekends


All refunds should be issued in the same form of payment used to secure the reservation.

No. Refunds are not given for no shows, early departures, weather, or guests removed due to rule violations.
