Your reservation includes up to 6 people per site.

Yes! All visitors need to be registered at the office and get a vehicle tag.

No, we do not offer day passes to non-registered guests at this time.

Specific site and cabin numbers are not guaranteed unless a Site Lock fee has been paid. Site and cabin numbers may change prior to arrival, however the site and cabin type that was booked will be guaranteed.

Yes, holiday weekends require a 3-day minimum for RV sites, and Cottages require a 2-day minimum all the time.

RV sites:

• Cancellations made 8 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund, less a $25 service charge.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of scheduled arrival will forfeit full reservation.
  

Cottages and Lodging Units:

• Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund, less a $25 service charge
• Cancellations made within 14 days of scheduled arrival will forfeit full reservation.

Long-term stays (30 days or greater):

• Cancellations will be forfeit full deposit amount paid. Background check fees are non-refundable.

All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to secure the reservation.

We do not provide refunds for no-shows, early departures, or cancellations due to bad weather. We appreciate your understanding regarding our policy.
